Saskia Saunders is a British textile artist whose work blends ancestral craftsmanship with contemporary aesthetics. Using natural fibers such as linen and hemp, she creates refined, handwoven sculptures that embody calm and spirituality. Influenced by Japanese principles like wabi-sabi, she celebrates imperfection, space, and simplicity, offering meditative pieces that invite us to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the natural world.
Louise Frydman, a French artist, approaches ceramics with a poetic and organic sensibility. Her delicate, white-toned sculptures evoke natural forms—petals, veils, inflorescences—and explore movement, space, and light. Also inspired by wabi-sabi, she favors emotion over narrative, transforming clay into a sensitive and sculptural language that balances fragility with monumentality, and airiness with silent presence.
